Note 2 - By Clicking "Send" you acknowledge that management will be entering your apartment during reasonable hours for the purpose of showing future tenants. Reasonable hours are from 11AM -7PM Monday -Friday and from 1-4PM Saturday and Sunday.

NOTE By clicking "Send" you are giving management or agent thereof official permission to enter your premises for completeion of repairs as described below.

The Manager and/or Maintenance Repair Crew will be entering your unit to resolve your maintenance issue between 8AM and 5PM within 5 business days of submission of your request.

***Please insure there are no obstructions to the repair crew in your unit that will prevent access to the area around the problem AND remove any personal effects or valuables from this area that could suffer damaged resulting from falling debris, water, etc.
